We seek a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. As an Account Executive, you will identify and qualify potential customers through outbound and inbound prospecting activities. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by creating interest in our products or services and setting qualified meetings for the sales team. Requirements Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher. Minimum of 1.5 years in IT/software B2B sales (End-to-end sales cycle) Advanced organizational and communication skills. Advanced negotiation skills and experience in closing high-value deals. Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using a CRM system is required Microsoft Certification is desirable. Key Responsibilities Utilizes the Microsoft Sales Framework to drive advanced sales initiatives. Manages a high volume of meetings while implementing account and contact plans, including relationship-building strategies such as call management, discovery, profiling, and Conditions of Satisfaction. Establish and leverages a network of Microsoft specialists and sales/service advisors across units to anticipate and address customer needs. Models advanced consultative selling techniques, becoming a trusted advisor who recognizes customer pain points and offers comprehensive solutions. Leverage competitive advantages, market forces, and the partner ecosystem to enhance sales effectiveness. Align customers’ needs with appropriate Microsoft events and briefings using account and contact plans. Conduct regular pipeline reviews to ensure accurate forecasting, tracking of leads and opportunities, and quota assignments. Utilize the Microsoft Sales Process (MSP) and BANT criteria to qualify opportunities, create them in CRM, and hand them off to the appropriate opportunity owner. Convert Microsoft-provided leads to opportunities and generate additional leads through relationship management with customers, partners, and colleagues. Proactively engage Microsoft resources such as specialists and services to advance opportunities and facilitate solution selling. Work with customer and partner contacts to monitor opportunity progress through MSSP, ensuring accurate CRM status updates. Take the lead in the accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting based on opportunity progression knowledge. Follow up on the renewal opportunities and make sure we can build relationship management with customers, CSAMs, and Stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
