We are looking for a motivated and skilled IT Recruiter with experience in digital recruiting and a proven track record of hiring for specialized technical roles . The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, advanced knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent in competitive markets. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and digital roles, from intake to onboarding. Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and other digital tools. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for specialized roles (e.g., Cloud, Cybersecurity, ServiceNow, AI/ML, DevOps, Data, Full-Stack Developers etc.). Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate fit, and coordinate technical interviews. Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to optimize processes. Promote the employer brand by creating engaging job postings and participating in digital outreach campaigns. Stay up to date with IT market trends, emerging technologies, and salary benchmarks. Requirements 3 years of experience in IT or digital recruiting. Demonstrated success hiring for specialized and hard-to-fill technical roles . Strong sourcing expertise with digital platforms and advanced search skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
