We move people, and people move us. About the Role We are looking for a Programmatic Analyst to support the execution and optimization of digital campaigns through programmatic platforms like DV360 . This is an excellent opportunity for early-career talent looking to grow within the programmatic and digital media space. Key Responsibilities Assist in the setup, trafficking, and management of campaigns in DV360 (Display & Video 360) Monitor campaign performance (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, pacing, spend) Support campaign optimization based on performance data Ensure campaigns deliver according to budgets, KPIs, and timelines Troubleshoot delivery issues and elevate when needed Assist with: Audience setup Targeting strategies Creative uploads Generate and maintain campaign reports (DV360 and other tools) Collaborate with internal teams (planning, client ops, finance) Maintain accurate documentation of campaign setups and updates Requirements 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or programmatic advertising Basic to intermediate knowledge of DV360 (strong plus or mandatory) Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSP, SSP, RTB, ad exchanges ) Strong analytical and numerical skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
