ABA Operations Lead (Hands-On, Startup Environment) Full-time | Fully remote About The Job We’re hiring an ABA Operations Lead to help build and improve the operational backbone of a growing autism therapy practice. This is not a task-based role. You’ll be stepping into a fast-moving environment where you’re expected to figure things out, solve problems, and improve systems without constant direction. If you’ve worked in ABA and enjoy building structure in growing organizations, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Own and manage recruiting operations for clinical staff (BCBAs, RBTs) Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and internal workflows Support intake processes, insurance verification, and scheduling Track credentialing and compliance requirements Identify inefficiencies and implement better workflows Help create structure across operations as the company grows What Success Looks Like You identify problems before they become issues Processes become more efficient and easier to manage Hiring and onboarding run smoothly without bottlenecks Teams rely on your systems to operate effectively Leadership gains clarity and visibility into operations What We’re Looking For Experience working in an ABA or healthcare operations environment Strong ownership mindset — you take initiative without waiting for instructions Ability to work independently and solve problems Highly organized and detail-oriented Fast learner with strong execution skills Experience in startup or fast-growing environments is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
