Role Summary and Impact As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high‑impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Executive BI who will: Monitor Azure pipelines and feed health to ensure stable data flow, working with the Engineering team to quickly resolve pipeline issues. Manage and track tasks in Jira to ensure timely completion and accurate updates. Provide manual pipeline processing as needed and work on ad hoc data requests as assigned. Provide support for PowerBI and Tableau dashboards as requested. Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. A minimum of one to two years’ experience (preferred). Knowledge of databases and data warehouses such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake, etc. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS (a plus). Familiarity with project/product management tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Azure DevOps/VSTS. Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. (a plus). Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written skills, and exceptional organizational and multi‑tasking capabilities. Ability to foster collaborative relationships with cross‑functional teams and to manage and prioritize competing projects and deliverables.
