We are hiring a full-time Media Buyer to manage paid acquisition across client accounts for a growing marketing agency. This role focuses primarily on Amazon Search and Google Search campaigns, with responsibility for monitoring performance, identifying trends, and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once while working independently in a fast-moving agency environment. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH‑SPEAKING. Hours: 9:00 to 5:00 EST. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Amazon Search and Google Search. Monitor campaign performance daily, tracking key metrics and identifying opportunities to improve results. Identify early trends, scaling opportunities, and declining performance across accounts. Build detailed audience targeting strategies based on customer profiles rather than broad targeting. Adjust targeting, bids, creative inputs, and budget allocation based on performance data. Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining consistent reporting and optimization. Document campaign insights, trends, and next action steps for internal visibility. Analyze lead quality and attribution by reviewing CRM data, sales feedback, and conversion tracking. Coordinate with internal teams to align campaign strategy, client goals, and deliverables. Proactively identify testing opportunities and scaling strategies across accounts. Key Qualifications 3+ years of experience in media buying or paid search campaign management. Strong experience with Amazon Search and/or Google Search advertising. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail. Experience monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities. Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Experience using analytics platforms and advertising dashboards to track performance. Familiarity with project management tools and structured workflows. Self‑starter who can work independently and proactively identify improvements. Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet. Must be ENGLISH‑SPEAKING. Nice to have Experience working in a marketing agency or startup environment. Experience running campaigns across both Amazon and Google platforms.
