Zoomlion Colombia is looking for a talented and motivated Corporate Lawyer to join our growing team. Work Arrangement: Full-time, On-site About the Role As Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the legal affairs of Zoomlion Colombia, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, corporate policies, and contractual obligations. You will serve as a strategic business partner to different departments while helping strengthen and develop the legal function within the organization. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and business partners. Provide legal guidance to internal departments including Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Administration. Support corporate governance activities, including preparation of shareholders' meeting minutes and corporate documentation. Coordinate and monitor legal procedures before public authorities and regulatory entities. Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and corporate approval processes. Manage legal documentation, contract repositories, and records, both physical and digital. Support litigation management, debt recovery processes, and contractual dispute resolution. Supervise and coordinate external law firms to ensure efficient and high-quality legal services. Prepare legal opinions, reports, memorandums, and presentations for local management and headquarters. What We Are Looking For Law Degree and valid professional license. Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate legal functions, either in-house or within a law firm. Experience in commercial contracts, corporate matters, and administrative procedures. Strong legal drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with multinational companies is highly valued. Functional English proficiency, including legal document review and communication with international stakeholders.
