Responsibilities Problem‑solve throughout the day, coming up with solutions for last‑minute talent requests, for example, to best optimize our internal talent’s utilization across departments and ensure projects have the talent they need to deliver Work closely with the production operations team to make sure we are coming up with creative and strategic solutions to utilize our internal talent best and reduce freelance costs Use of our capacity planning tool, making sure it is kept accurate as a centralized repository for utilization data Help improve Production Ops, making and implementing recommendations around process, tools, tracking, communications, team, etc Partner with Executive Producers, Producers and discipline leads to best allocate the time of internal talent Oversee special case and retainer contracts, working with the talent team to track against FTE start dates Work closely with the finance team on billing for intercompany and freelance support Interview Topics Building alignment between stakeholders to meet business objectives Problem‑solving, attention to detail and organization skills Knowledge of Digital Agency production timelines Understanding of the different departments, and associated roles and skill sets (motion, UX, strategy, QA, creative, development) Qualifications You have 4 years of Digital experience in a similar role. Proven decision‑making abilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You are used to dealing with complex pipelines.
