Senior Financial Analyst – Supply Chain Finance (PICC) Role Reports To: Ger Financas Sr. Location: Latin America, Brazil, Sao Paulo, Sao Jose dos Campos Work Location: Hybrid What You Will Do Kenvue Supply Chain Finance is looking for three Senior Financial Analysts to join our PICC (Principal, Inventory, Costing & Currency) Finance team. Locations: São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil | Cali, Colombia These roles offer regional and global exposure, strong business partnering, and the opportunity to influence key supply chain and financial decisions. Each Senior Financial Analyst will be assigned to one primary PICC focus area—Principal, Inventory, Costing or Currency—based on experience and business needs. What You’ll Do Partner closely with Supply Chain, Tax, Compliance and Leadership teams Support forecasting, close activities and variance analysis Analyze cost, inventory, intercompany and currency impacts Drive process improvements and standardization Deliver insights that support strategic decision‑making across the region Areas of Specialization Principal: intercompany pricing, profit elimination, tax support Costing: annual costing, business cases, cost variances Inventory: SLOB, FAA, DOS, inventory risk management Currency: FX exposure, hedging, cash flow and profitability analysis What We’re Looking For 4–6 years of finance experience (cost/inventory preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Business Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience working in complex, cross‑functional environments Advanced English required (Spanish is a plus) SAP/BI tools experience is a plus What’s In It For You Competitive Benefit Package Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Flexible Ways of Working & More Learning & Development Opportunities Employee Resource Groups Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
