We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment strategy and execution for our Bogotá Office (Corporate Functions) and attract top-tier talent to Inspire Brands. This role requires a forward-thinking, data-driven leader who can craft and execute a high-impact talent strategy in our fast-growing, multi-brand environment. You will be responsible for developing innovative hiring solutions, enhancing our employer brand, and delivering exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for roles based in Bogotá, from intake and sourcing through offer and pre‑onboarding, in close partnership with U.S.-based stakeholders. Identify, attract, and engage top talent through a variety of sourcing techniques and channels. Build and improve recruiting processes, templates, communications, and workflows to create and maintain an efficient and consistent hiring experience. Partner closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and the U.S.-based recruiting team to keep searches moving with urgency and strong communication. Use recruiting data and pipeline insights to identify bottlenecks, track progress, and recommend improvements that increase hiring efficiency. Leverage AI, automation, and recruiting tools to reduce manual work, improve process quality, and enhance the candidate experience. Elevate every candidate touchpoint by delivering thoughtful, engaging, and organized communication throughout the hiring process. Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment, solve problems proactively, and help establish scalable recruiting practices as hiring in Bogotá grows. Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain talent pipelines and accurate candidate data. Education and Experience Qualifications Minimum: 5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, or a related field, with a track record of driving hiring results and improving processes. Preferred: 7+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, or a related field. Required Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Experience sourcing, building, and maintaining talent pipelines, and screening candidates for corporate roles. Demonstrated passion for improving recruiting processes through AI, automation, and thoughtful operational design. Experience working for or closely with a U.S.-based company or team, with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and time zones. Fluent English and Spanish language skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Comfort working with recruiting and collaboration tools such as Workday, Microsoft Teams, spreadsheets, workflow tools, or similar systems.
