The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert. Deep knowledge of IMS architectures (VoLTE, VoWiFi, VoNR) mobile, fixed and converged networks. Experience with containers (Docker/K8s/NCS), and cloud platforms, RedHat preferable. Experience with VM's/NF's LifeCycle Management with MANO tools as NCOM. Experience with CI/CD (NCD) and GIT Cloud. Experience with CNCS, Titan.ium, CFX-5000 (CSCF), Nokia TAS, A/I-SBC, iNUM/DNS, and HLR/HSS/SDL (Nokia or 3rd party). Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, Diameter, and MEGACO protocols. Management & Soft Skills: Ability to understand and align with customer business goals and Nokia objectives. Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks early. Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Integration, Engineering, and Support).
