Orchestrate Crisis Resolution : When mission-critical roadblocks arise, youll "deep-dive" into technical challenges to lead resolution teams and mitigate risks. To successfully fulfill this position, it is vital that you bring the following expertise: What should you have previously? Senior Leadership Track : 8+ years in Program Management with at least 3 years successfully leading other Program Managers. Contractual Mastery : A proven track record managing the nuances of both Public and Private sector contracts. Regulatory Sharpness : Deep understanding of Multi-country compliance, including Data Protection (GDPR/Local) and Cybersecurity standards. Linguistic Excellence : Absolute fluency in English (C2) and Spanish is mandatory to negotiate at the highest levels.
