Antipodes operates AudienceConnect, an AI-powered structured audience ad exchange, connecting demand partners (DSPs, agencies...) and supply partners (publishers, app developers...). Our core is Open RTB, with PMP deals and Google AdX via GAM360 (MCM) alongside it. You'll own the full lifecycle of every partner integration → setup, live, keep it healthy, and grow the revenue it generates. Hands‑on operating role at the core of the exchange, not platform engineering. WHAT YOU'LL OWN — Activate, Nurture, Improve, Operate Activate: Onboard new supply and demand once a deal is signed. Set up endpoints and seats, configure QPS and traffic, validate schain, manage ads.txt/app-ads.txt/sellers.json, and run test bid requests to confirm the connection responds correctly before going live. Nurture: Be the technical owner of each partner and their point of contact for integration questions. Make sure demand actually flows — no integration goes live without bids landing, and none quietly dies once it's up. Improve: Monitor performance daily through manual reporting, spot drops in fill, win rate or revenue, troubleshoot impression/revenue discrepancies, optimize bid floors and margins, and tune QPS and traffic to protect both fill and cost across CTV, In‑App and Web. Operate: Keep the exchange healthy day to day — build and maintain PMP deals and curated audience packages, troubleshoot VAST/creative errors and broken deal IDs, manage traffic quality (blocklists, IVT), and handle reconciliation. All without escalating.
