Payroll Analyst – GBS HR Team Convatec is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Analyst to support payroll processes across multiple countries as part of our Global Business Services Human Resources team. The role involves working with in‑country payroll processors, optimizing payroll execution systems, and maintaining accurate payroll records. Key Responsibilities Process payroll across multiple countries, collaborating with in‑country payroll processors. Support and optimize payroll execution systems and processes, facilitating data collection, calculation, and entry. Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes. Handle employee payroll queries in partnership with in‑country processors. Design and prepare reports for business stakeholders. Manage relationships with stakeholders such as the payroll COE, Finance, wider HR, Benefits, 3rd‑party providers, and employees. Ensure compliance with local legislation, including tax and social security. Support reconciliations with the Finance team, including statutory payments and General Ledger files. Research and apply new legislation, advising management on needed actions. Maintain confidentiality to protect payroll operations. Required Skills High accuracy and attention to detail. Professional experience: 2‑3 years of payroll experience. Understanding of labour legislation principles. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience using Workday (a plus). Experience processing payroll in multiple countries (a plus). Qualifications & Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required). Advanced Excel knowledge. English language proficiency at C‑1 level (required). Working Conditions We support a hybrid working approach of one day per week from our Bogotá office, with flexibility for additional days based on business needs. As the role supports markets across multiple time zones, some flexibility around working hours is needed.
