Service Sales Engineer We are looking for a Service Sales Engineer to support customers throughout the entire lifecycle of our products, from project execution to after‑sales service. Responsibilities Accompany assigned customers from project execution to after‑sales service. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for selling spare parts, technical services, audits, upgrades, small projects, and service‑related products connected to our extrusion solutions. Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that add value. Work closely with engineering and technical service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular reports to management. Develop innovative strategies to grow the assigned market and achieve projections for order intake, sales, and gross margin. Act as the first point of customer contact for service execution, generating new opportunities for spare parts, upgrades, tooling, and food services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Minimum 4 years of service sales experience, and at least 3 years of technical sales experience. Profound experience in extrusion and pasta industrial engineering organizations. Deep understanding of technical aspects of GEA products and services, particularly in pasta extrusion systems. Minimum English level B2. Familiarity with the pasta extrusion industry.
