Role Context We are looking for a Business Intelligence and Data Visualization specialist who will assist in the development and maintenance of the reporting infrastructure to help stakeholders gain insights in their advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving, compiling and transforming data to create the intelligence layer leading to analysis and optimisation of media investments. Core Responsibilities Manage QA of data between media platforms and reporting outputs using tools such as Alteryx, SQL and Excel. Identify data gaps that require manual entry, elevate to investment teams and collect, QA and process returned manual data. Monitor data feeds for gaps or failures and act where necessary. Build and maintain automated data QA workflows using Alteryx. Update Tableau dashboards in response to new or additional requests. Build and maintain taxonomy generators and enforcers (via Excel, Google Sheets and Alteryx) to ensure taxonomy adherence across all media channels. Set up and maintain automated data feeds/pipelines through API (Adverity), FTP and/or scheduled email. Troubleshoot data discrepancies or issues that may occur. Fulfil ad‑hoc data pulls required for client deliverables. Manage the QA of data provisioning to MMM vendors or for client data warehouses. Required Skills / Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field with 1–3 years of experience in data management, data visualisation and data analytics, preferably in a marketing and/or media agency. Experience building dashboards in Tableau (required); knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation is a plus. Experience with Alteryx for business logic design (required). Experience working in a cloud environment (Azure, GCP). Experience with SQL (required); Python is a plus. Experience working with digital data from ad‑serving platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager), campaign planning tools (e.g., Prisma, MediaOcean), web‑analytics software (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), paid search engine marketing data sources (e.g., Adwords, Marin) and others (strongly preferred). Strong speaking and written professional communication skills. Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment.
