The role involves integration with client teams or building and delivering products for major enterprises. Qualifications 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong background in PHP and expertise in Drupal development. Advanced English proficiency. Successful completion of a four‑year college degree. Experience designing, developing, and optimizing scalable web applications. Hands‑on experience leveraging AI‑assisted development tools. Expertise in modernizing Drupal‑based systems. Full development lifecycle knowledge, including debugging and performance optimization. Track record of improving system performance, maintainability, and scalability. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Ability to work through complex issues and contribute to libraries. Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines. Forensic attention to detail. Positive mindset and can‑do attitude. Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams. Experience with large, complex systems. Ability to take extreme ownership and meet agreed‑upon expectations. Ability to align with client goals and commit to deliverables. Consistent 40 hours per week commitment.
