About the Role: We are looking for a Project Manager – Social & Influencer Operations to lead the execution and continuous improvement of social media and influencer-related initiatives across markets. This role is focused on driving operational excellence, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects tied to social media management and influencer programs. You will act as a bridge between strategy, operations, and platform execution, ensuring timelines, processes, and outputs are aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of social media and influencer-related projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, content, data, and tech) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives. Support the implementation and optimization of tools and platforms used for social media management and influencer marketing. Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to workflows, processes, and ways of working. Ensure consistency and governance across social and influencer activities, aligning with brand and platform guidelines. Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, proactively communicating updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes. Who You Are: 5–8 years of experience in project management, digital operations, or marketing program management. C1 English Required Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in fast-paced environments. Experience working with social media and/or influencer marketing initiatives. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into structured execution plans. Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms in a marketing ecosystem. Nice to Have: Familiarity with social media management or influencer platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, etc.). Experience working in global or multi-market environments. Knowledge of digital marketing workflows and campaign execution. Certification in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.).
