The Regional Media Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting data governance, media performance analysis, reporting automation, and operational oversight across regional media initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and campaign optimization across LATAM markets. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, technical proficiency, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross‑functional regional teams. Key Responsibilities Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across media reporting and tracking frameworks. Support taxonomy standardization and automation initiatives across regional campaigns and platforms. Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting outputs and media platforms. Monitor media investment pacing, spend allocation, and budget tracking across campaigns and markets. Support teams in identifying delivery issues, pacing risks, and operational inconsistencies. Collaborate with media and finance teams to ensure alignment between planned and actual spend. Analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations. Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and recurring reports for regional stakeholders. Identify trends, optimization opportunities, and business insights through quantitative analysis. Support reporting automation and process efficiency initiatives. Develop and maintain automated workflows and reporting solutions using Excel, Power Query, SQL, and Python. Support data extraction, transformation, and consolidation processes from multiple media platforms and sources. Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and operational efficiencies. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Media Reporting, Insights, or related analytical roles. Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data modeling) SQL Python Power Query Understanding of digital media activation platforms such as: Meta Ads TikTok Ads DV360 Amazon DSP Experience handling large datasets, reporting automation, and media performance analysis. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Soft Skills Strong team player with a positive attitude. Flexible and collaborative approach to working across regional teams. Open to feedback, continuous improvement, and compromise when required. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
