About the position We are looking for an Operational Specialist to support regional sales operations and ensure the efficient execution of customer contracts, orders, and shipments. This role plays a key part in coordinating cross-functional teams to guarantee accurate, timely, and compliant order processing. Key Responsibilities Support regional sales teams by following up on daily customer contracts, orders, and shipments. Manage the entry, review, and release of overseas orders across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Customs, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth and on-time order delivery. Job Requirements Proficiency in operating the SAP system More than 2 years related working experience, strong academic ability, willing to take on more responsibilities and tasks required by the organization Fluent in English (B2+).
