We are looking for a results‑oriented SEM Specalist to join the Digital Marketing Team. In this role, you will be able to combine your passion for data, apply your strategic thinking to viable tactics, and look for the growth and evolution of Google performance channels. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager / VP of Performance and brand team to develop strategies and tactics to exceed monthly goals, evolve our audience mix, raise conversion rates, margins, and lower CPLs, among other KPIs. The day‑to‑day includes: analyzing performance and developing tactics for these channels across multiple brands, supporting optimized campaign performance, and working with the analysts for each market to support and guide decisions. ensuring that the pace of leads /sales is the right one and working with the brand team to maintain a steady flow of fresh creativity directed at your audiences. This is a performance position with a strong focus on conversion optimization, data analysis, and achievement of company objectives. Responsibilities Promote continuous learning and autonomous work, allowing the team to grow and succeed independently. Meet consistently with the analyst team to guide and support optimization efforts. Present A/B test ideas, create roadmaps, support analysts with implementation, and keep track of results Create Forecasts for Leads/Sales based on previous Year/Month data Analyze the buying process to optimize the performance of your channels, evaluating metrics such as ad CTR, website heatmaps, prospect rate, sign-up conversion rate, and non-sale reasons. Identify and capitalize on key trends in advertising and messaging, and communicate timely insights to get your ideas off the ground. Provide ongoing and ad hoc reports for leadership Requirements Experience with Performance Max, Message ads (pmax and search), SEM campaigns, Google UAC, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, demand gen, and DV360 channels. Understanding of SEO and GEO, new best practices for LLMs, is a must. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, preferably – Advertising, social communication, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent experience in online advertising (min. 1 year managing Google campaigns) accepted Possess the proven ability to understand client needs, generate creative solutions, and build ongoing relationships. Offline sales experience - lead generation You are positive, solution-oriented, and take a methodical approach to solving problems. Quantitative skills and aptitudes, including advanced Excel skills. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. Fluency in English and Spanish. Certifications: Google AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advanced, Google Display, and Google Analytics.
