Role Description This full-time B2C Financial-Commercial Consultant role at Safe Consultants is a hybrid position based in Bogota, D.C., with a combination of on-site client meetings and work-from-home tasks. The consultant will meet with individual clients to understand their financial needs, explain products and services in clear, accessible language, and recommend tailored financial and commercial solutions. Daily responsibilities include analyzing client information, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and managing a personal portfolio of clients to support long-term relationships. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, compliance with company policies and local regulations, and timely implementation of agreed solutions. The consultant is also expected to meet sales and service targets, track performance metrics, and contribute feedback to improve processes and client experience. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess client profiles, interpret financial information, and support data-driven recommendations. Consulting experience in a client-facing environment, with the ability to understand needs, define objectives, and propose suitable financial-commercial solutions. Proficiency in commercial management and sales to develop pipelines, manage portfolios, and achieve revenue and growth targets. Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly, building trust, and conducting negotiations in a professional manner. Proven experience in B2C environments, preferably in financial services, banking, insurance, or related sectors. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, managing time and priorities across in-person and remote activities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. High ethical standards, commitment to client confidentiality, and a customer-centric mindset. Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms to track activities and maintain accurate records.
