Responsibilities Provide senior functional support in SAP FICO (FI/CO) within a productive AMS environment. Address and resolve incidents, requirements, and changes of medium and high complexity. Analyze and solve issues related to financial accounting and cost control. Participate in root cause analysis, propose improvements, and ensure system stability. Interact with business users and technical teams (ABAP, Basis, other SAP modules). Support financial closings, integrations, and validations. Document solutions and maintain follow‑up in ticketing tools. Required Languages English: Fluency Advanced (96–100%). Location Colombia – Remote.
