Job Responsibilities Enter, review, and release customer contracts and orders for the Latin America region. Follow up on forwarder arrangements and shipments. Work with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to make sure all orders are delivered on time and accurately. Update order status every day, track order release and packaging progress, and share updates with the sales team in time. Prepare and update customer AR statements every week, and follow up on overdue payments. Job Requirements Skilled in using the SAP system. At least 2 years of related work experience. Quick learner and willing to take on more responsibilities and tasks assigned by the organization. Able to use English as a working language. Mandarin is a plus.
