R25_ Job Title: Product Owner - Survey Team: Survey Innovation & Enablement Location: Bogotá, CO (hybrid) The Product Owner - Survey role supports the design, build and scaling of a modern, automated, and AI-enabled survey system and process. This role focuses on transformation design, platform integration, feature build, user enablement, and operational scalability, ensuring survey products can be executed globally with speed, quality, and consistency. Key Responsibilities Conduct deep requirement discovery to understand business needs. Refine client and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and specifications for development teams. Facilitate conversations with requesters to ensure alignment, clarify scope, and uncover edge cases or dependencies. Partner with development throughout the development cycle. Maintain Jira boards, Confluence documentation, and all requirement artifacts with clarity and accuracy. Build process flows, system documentation, product requirements, test plans, and user training documentation. Drive adoption of AI-supported workflows across survey design, testing, fielding, analysis, and reporting. Partner with delivery hubs to pilot, refine, and scale automation improvements. Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, manual effort, and error rates. Create enablement materials (playbooks, guidelines, training content) and support onboarding and upskilling of delivery hubs on new tools, standards and processes. Act as a bridge between product roadmap and operational reality. Skills & Competencies 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar (less experience accepted when skills strongly match). Excellent English communication, written and verbal. Strong analytical and critical‑thinking capability, able to break down complex information and convert it into precise functional documents. Experience with survey solutions and understanding of consumer research preferred. Systems architecture understanding, including API-based integrations. JavaScript. LLM & NLP knowledge. Power BI / dashboard logic. SQL & database knowledge. Experience with SAFe Framework tools like Jira, Confluence, Kanban. Structured thinker with strong documentation and communication skills. Curious, improvement‑oriented, and pragmatic. Other Desired Skills Knowledge of authentication standards, security best practices, compliance frameworks, and exposure to fraud detection and anti‑abuse patterns.
