Bogotá, Colombia Sales Executive The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and expanding PIL’s market share in the shipping and logistics industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and customer relationship management. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular sales performance reports to the management team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in shipping, logistics, or transportation industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of international business and ability to understand technical documents; preferably B1 or higher language proficiency in speaking, listening & reading.
