What You’ll Do As an Expense Analyst, you will play a key role in managing the employee expense reimbursement process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing, auditing, and processing employee expense reports. Ensuring expenses comply with company policies and client requirements. Supporting the timely processing and tracking of expense reimbursements. Managing employee inquiries related to payments, reimbursements, and expense status. Following up on approvals and ensuring all required documentation is completed. Maintaining trackers and records related to expense programs and employee benefits. Collaborating with international teams and providing support on global expense-related processes. Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and drive operational efficiency. Taking ownership of assigned cases and ensuring timely resolution. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, expense management, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Solid Excel skills and comfort working with financial data. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
