We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a strong technical background and a service-oriented mindset to join our team. This role focuses on end-to-end application support, production incident diagnosis, and hands-on problem solving across both frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate will handle production incidents by working with logs and data, and by applying direct fixes in Angular and .NET to resolve recurring or well-identified issues. This position is designed for someone who not only detects problems but also delivers effective solutions. Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support requests via Teams, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Review and manage tickets in GLPI, SharePoint, and JIRA, ensuring accurate documentation, proper prioritization, and full lifecycle tracking. Perform root cause analysis of production incidents using monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or similar platforms. Analyze frontend and backend errors to identify logic flaws, configuration issues, or data inconsistencies. Debug Angular applications using browser developer tools, source maps, and logs to identify UI, state, or API integration issues. Investigate and resolve backend incidents using .NET (e.g., ASP.NET Core / .NET Web API), including validations, error handling, and integration failures. Implement low to medium complexity code changes in Angular and .NET to fix defects, improve stability, or enhance error handling. Collaborate with development teams on more complex incidents, providing clear analysis, reproduction steps, and proposed solutions. Perform basic database operations for analysis and support purposes. Requirements Experience in application technical support and production environments. Practical knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, .NET, and Web APIs. Experience working with logs, monitoring, and incident analysis tools. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems independently. Good communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
