The Opportunity This is a highly visible role for an experienced recruiter who enjoys operating as a trusted advisor rather than simply filling vacancies. You will own recruitment mandates from intake through offer acceptance, working directly with clients and candidates across technical, commercial, legal, finance, operations, and leadership positions. This role combines delivery excellence, talent advisory, market intelligence, and relationship management. You will have significant autonomy, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to help shape the future direction of the business. Key Responsibilities Search Ownership & Delivery Lead recruitment assignments from kickoff through successful placement. Develop search strategies for specialist and hard-to-fill roles. Build and maintain talent pipelines across key markets. Conduct candidate interviews and assessments. Present shortlisted candidates and provide market insights to clients. Manage offer negotiations and candidate onboarding. Client Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams. Lead intake meetings and hiring strategy discussions. Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping. Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the recruitment process. Candidate Engagement Build long-term relationships with industry professionals. Engage passive candidates across renewable energy, infrastructure, and related sectors. Maintain a high-quality candidate experience. Act as a brand ambassador for both Select TMS and client organizations. Track industry trends, hiring activity, funding rounds, and market developments. Deliver insights to clients on talent availability, compensation, and competitor activity. Support business development efforts through market knowledge and candidate networks. Support and mentor Associate Recruiters and Researchers. Share best practices and contribute to team development. Help establish scalable recruitment processes and standards. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will bring: 3–8+ years of recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition experience. Demonstrated success delivering specialist or professional-level searches. Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting capabilities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience managing multiple concurrent assignments. Commercial awareness and a consultative approach. A genuine interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, technology, or industrial markets. Preferred Experience Experience recruiting within one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: Renewable Energy. Power & Utilities. Infrastructure. Data Centers. Finance & Investments.
