The Junior Courier Operations Specialist plays a key role in optimizing the full courier lifecycle by transforming data into operational insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, communicates effectively in English, and collaborates with different teams to improve processes. Responsibilities Analyze courier lifecycle performance and identify improvement opportunities. Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards. Monitor key operational KPIs and translate data into insights. Support special projects by gathering data and preparing analyses. Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve processes based on the findings. Qualifications Recently graduated in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Sheets, and SQL (desirable).
