Regional Marketing Specialist Location: Bogota, Colombia (Hybrid) Mission Drive data-driven marketing execution across NASA region by leveraging analytics, customer insights, and digital tools to accelerate demand generation, optimize channel performance, and support revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Define and implement data governance frameworks across the region. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across ERP, Salesforce, and BI systems. Monitor data quality KPIs and lead corrective actions to address gaps and inconsistencies. Standardize data structures, definitions, and processes across countries. Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and compliance. Support business decision-making with reliable and structured data. Drive automation and simplification of data processes and documentation. Requirements Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing intelligence, data governance, or master data roles. Strong experience with ERP, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and BI tools. Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI or similar). Strong attention to detail and process discipline. Ability to structure and standardize complex data environments. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
