We are seeking a highly experienced, growth-oriented E-commerce Store Manager to own and scale our online sales channels, primarily Shopify and TikTok Shop, for the U.S. and Canadian markets. This is a revenue-accountable role, focused on conversion optimization, offer strategy, funnel performance, and cross-channel execution. This role goes far beyond store maintenance. The E-commerce Store & Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, increasing AOV, and ensuring the store infrastructure supports paid traffic, creators, and high-ticket purchasing behavior. The ideal candidate understands high-consideration purchases, U.S. e-commerce standards, and how to align product pages, offers, financing, content, and trust signals to convert traffic into customers. Core Responsibilities Store Ownership & Performance Own the end-to-end performance of the Shopify store and TikTok Shop Ensure optimal store stability, speed, UX/UI, and checkout performance Manage products, variants, collections, pricing, and inventory logic Maintain compliance with U.S. and Canadian e-commerce regulations (taxes, shipping, policies) Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Build and optimize high-conversion product detail pages (PDPs) for high-ticket products Optimize: Checkout flow Shipping clarity and delivery expectations Trust signals (reviews, guarantees, FAQs) Implement CRO strategies across PDPs, cart, checkout, and post-purchase flows Conduct structured A/B testing to improve CVR, AOV, and checkout completion Offers, Bundles & Revenue Strategy Create, test, and optimize offers, bundles, and upsells to increase: Conversion rate Average Order Value (AOV) Develop promotional structures aligned with paid ads and seasonal campaigns Ensure offers are clearly communicated across PDPs, landing pages, and checkout TikTok Shop & Creator Commerce Launch, manage, and scale TikTok Shop Build and manage affiliate and creator-driven sales programs Ensure TikTok-native product pages and pricing strategies Coordinate UGC and creator content usage across PDPs and paid traffic Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with: Paid Ads Managers (Meta, Google, TikTok) Content creators and UGC teams Operations and logistics partners Support paid traffic with: Optimized landing pages Accurate tracking and attribution Email, SMS & Retention Support Manage or support lifecycle flows: Abandoned cart Post-purchase Nurture and upsell sequences Ensure store experience supports retention and repeat purchases Analytics & Reporting Monitor performance using Shopify Analytics, GA4, and CRO tools Analyze customer behavior and funnel drop-offs Report on KPIs with clear insights and optimization recommendations Required Qualifications Proven experience managing Shopify stores for U.S. and Canadian markets Experience owning revenue and conversion performance, not just operations Strong background in CRO, funnel optimization, and analytics Experience with high-ticket DTC products (USD $1,500+ preferred) Hands-on experience with: Shopify apps, themes, and integrations Checkout and financing solutions Offer and bundle creation Familiarity with TikTok Shop and creator-based commerce. Ability to guide conversion copy, PDP structure, and creative direction. Ownership mindset and ability to work independently. Nice to Have (Plus, Not Required) Experience in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands. Experience with bulky or logistics-heavy products. SEO knowledge for Shopify. Experience launching or scaling DTC brands from early stages. Experience aligning store strategy with paid media scaling. Key KPIs Conversion Rate (Shopify & TikTok Shop).
