Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Bogota, Colombia Position Purpose The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for all tracks assigned and ensures the timely and effective completion of the client's hiring requirements as per agreed hiring process and turnaround time. Key Roles And Responsibilities Performs end-to-end recruitment from job posting to offer negotiation to onboarding for all assigned requisitions. Sources and identifies qualified candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking. Screens all applications received from various sourcing initiatives to ensure the credentials, qualifications, appropriate skills, knowledge, and experiences of candidates required per position. Ensures regular endorsement of candidates to the hiring manager for review. Regularly communicates hiring updates to the hiring manager. Reviews, implements, and manages recruitment tools and processes assigned. Conducts regular calibration sessions with hiring managers, if requested, to ensure alignment in terms of profile. Facilitates the hand‑off process and communicates updates on new hires to stakeholders (Operations and Human Resources). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, desired.
