This role is ideal for a technically deep, client-facing professional who can translate the value of the Atlassian System of Work into winning proposals, compelling demos, and billable delivery engagements. You will work closely with our sales, consulting, and technical teams to accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen how we position and deliver Atlassian solutions.Key Responsibilities Lead discovery calls, executive workshops, and solution design sessions that uncover client needs and position Atlas Bench as the right partner. Own the technical narrative during the sales cycle and support the team in converting opportunities into long-term engagements.Design and present solutions. Develop tailored solution architectures, estimates, and proposals that address client challenges. Deliver high-impact demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) that clearly communicate the value of Atlassian products and Atlas Bench's expertise.Communicate value at every level. Articulate the Atlassian System of Work clearly and compellingly to any audience — C-level executives, VPs, directors, managers, engineers, and project managers alike. Adapt your communication style without losing technical precision, turning complexity into clarity and measurable business value.Step into delivery engagements where your technical depth adds direct client value. Contribute to implementations, migrations, and platform configurations as a billable team member when needed.Facilitate executive workshops, presentations, and discovery sessions with stakeholders at every level. Build trust quickly and position Atlas Bench as the go-to Atlassian partner in every interaction.Strengthen the pre-sales process. Identify gaps in our pre-sales motion and contribute to improving how we qualify, scope, and propose engagements. Help build reusable assets including demo environments, proposal templates, and technical playbooks.Collaborate cross-functionally.
