We are looking for a skilled Corporate Access Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of high-impact investor engagement initiatives. In this role, you will take ownership of coordinating investor-focused events and facilitating interactions between institutional investors, corporate management teams (both public and private), and industry experts. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across research, sales, and trading to ensure a seamless execution and strong client experience. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute a wide range of investor access initiatives, including conferences, roadshows, sector-focused tours, thematic events, and tailored one-on-one meetings Coordinate schedules, logistics, and communications across internal teams and external clients Prepare and distribute marketing materials for events to research, sales teams, and institutional investors Maintain accurate records of meetings and client interactions Build and strengthen relationships with corporate issuers and investor clients Support the tracking and management of event-related budgets What We’re Looking For Experience in Corporate Access, event coordination, or within a client-facing/sales-driven environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and prioritization skills Team-oriented, with a collaborative and flexible approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
