We are looking for a highly analytical and operationally driven Revenue Operations Specialist to support our growing operations. This role will play a key part in optimizing revenue processes, improving operational visibility, supporting client billing workflows, and driving performance alignment across Recruiting, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate has experience working in fast-paced BPO or staffing environments, with strong exposure to revenue tracking, billing operations, workforce analytics, forecasting, KPI reporting, CRM management, and client-facing operational support. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day revenue operations across staffing, recruiting, customer support, and operational departments. Monitor operational workflows tied to client billing, seat utilization, staffing metrics, and revenue generation. Ensure operational processes are aligned with client agreements, SLAs, and internal KPIs. Identify process inefficiencies and implement operational improvements to increase scalability and accuracy. Support revenue-impacting operational initiatives across multiple BPO accounts. Assist with invoice validation, billing reconciliation, and revenue tracking processes. Review headcount, seat allocation, billable hours, and operational reports to ensure billing accuracy. Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams regarding billing discrepancies and payment-related issues. Support collections follow-up and client payment tracking when needed. Maintain accurate operational and financial documentation for audit and reporting purposes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. 2+ years of experience in: Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, BPO Operations, Staffing Operations, Financial Operations and Business Operations. Experience working in BPO, staffing, outsourcing, or high-volume operational environments. Advanced English level (B2+/C1 preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
