Compensation in USD. Qualifications: Strong experience in at least one enterprise backend stack (Java or .NET). Production experience with Node.js or Python. Cloud experience in AWS or Azure. Previous hands‑on experience with AI implementations. Experience leading development teams and projects is required. Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2) are a must .
