Overview We are looking for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team. In this role, you will be the engine supporting the company's accounting and operational management. Responsibilities Accounting Support: Assist in recording invoices, tracking expenses, and performing basic bank reconciliations. Administrative Support: Manage digital filing systems, handle correspondence, and provide office logistics support. Account Control: Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable under direct supervision. Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and month-end closing processes. Communication: Interact with vendors and international teams (occasionally in English). Requirements 1. Education & Technical Skills Education: Technical degree or current student (final semesters) in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, chart of accounts) and proficiency in MS Office (especially Intermediate Excel). Experience: Not required (internships or relevant academic projects are a plus). 2. Language Requirements Note: A B1 (Intermediate) level is the minimum acceptable if the candidate demonstrates exceptional technical accounting skills. 3. Soft Skills High attention to detail and accuracy. Fast learner (Learning Agility). Strong written and verbal communication. Proactive mindset with a sense of urgency.
