Your Role and Responsibilities The Bilingual Investor Onboarding & Compliance Analyst (English/Spanish) will manage the end-to-end investor onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for investors while supporting compliance documentation and operational excellence across Acento's investment platforms. This role serves as a key liaison between investors, fund administrators, and internal teams, overseeing onboarding workflows, KYC/AML documentation coordination, investor data management, and process improvement initiatives. It plays a critical role in supporting fundraising efforts, maintaining data integrity, and enhancing operational efficiency through technology and automation. Key Responsibilities Investor Onboarding & Portal ManagementManage the end-to-end onboarding process for new investors, from documentation collection through fund admission. Lead the administration and continuous improvement of Acento’s investor onboarding portal, ensuring a seamless investor experience. Support domestic and international investors throughout the subscription process and coordinate onboarding activities with fund administrators, custodians, and transfer agents. Monitor onboarding progress, proactively identify and escalates delays to ensure timely completion. Compliance Coordination & KYC/AML SupportServe as the primary liaison between investors, placement agents, and fund administrators for KYC/AML documentation requirements. Coordinate the collection, organization, and submission of subscription documents, tax forms, and compliance packages. Track compliance reviews, follow up on outstanding requirements, and communicate updates to all stakeholders. Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance compliance documentation workflows. Investor Data Management & SupportMaintain accurate investor records and documentation repositories within Salesforce and related systems. Respond to investor inquiries regarding onboarding status, account documentation, and capital-related information. Review investor statements and transaction records, coordinating updates or corrections when necessary. Prepare onboarding, compliance, and pipeline reports for internal stakeholders. Team Collaboration & Process ImprovementPartner closely with Investor Relations and cross-functional teams to support fundraising and investor engagement objectives. Contribute to special projects, operational improvements, and AI-driven automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability. Adapt to evolving priorities and provide support during fundraising cycles and fund closings. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field — required. Experience 2–4 years of experience in investor onboarding, client services, KYC/AML compliance coordination, or fund operations within financial services, asset management, or private equity. Hands‑on experience coordinating KYC documentation and subscription packages, ideally in a U.S.-regulated environment. Familiarity with U.S. fund structures (LP, LLC, Delaware entities, offshore feeders) and the documentation requirements for each. Qualifications / Skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must. English is the primary working language: all investor communications, legal documents, regulatory filings, and internal reporting are conducted in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) — required. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms — required. Familiarity with investor portals or fund administration platforms (e.g., Juniper Square, DealCloud, or similar) — preferred. Interest in and aptitude for AI tools and workflow automation — a strong plus. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline — essential in a regulated, audit-sensitive environment. Strong professional communication skills; able to interact with U.S. and international high-net-worth investors, placement agents, and institutional partners. Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently. High degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential investor and financial information.
