As a Paralegal, you will support attorneys in managing legal matters by conducting research, preparing documentation, and maintaining case files. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on a variety of legal matters. Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel to gather information and coordinate schedules. Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions, including managing exhibits, witnesses, and trial materials. Monitor updates in laws, regulations, and legal standards to support informed decision-making. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle legal correspondence. Support billing and timekeeping activities to ensure accurate records. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve workflows and operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal environment. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. Proficiency with legal research tools, electronic filing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
