Job Description We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of specialized HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) services within Colombia’s hydrocarbons, oil & gas, and energy sectors. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with industrial plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, terminals, EPC contractors, and other key players in the energy industry.The position focuses on opening and developing strategic accounts, promoting specialized HSE solutions, and building long-term commercial relationships with clients. The successful candidate will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiation, contract closure, and post-sales support.Key responsibilities include commercializing HSE services such as industrial safety, environmental solutions, occupational health, regulatory compliance, HSE consulting, industrial risk management, training, certifications, and specialized plant services.
