We are looking for a Senior Oracle ARCS Technical Consultant with a strong focus on integrations within the Oracle EPM ecosystem, to support a key client in the healthcare industry. This role addresses an immediate client need for a resource with solid experience in Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), combined with strong technical and integration capabilities. We are seeking a senior-level profile (Manager / Solution Architect) who can work independently and bring hands‑on experience in complex EPM implementations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions in Oracle ARCS Lead and execute integrations within the Oracle EPM Cloud environment Develop and manage data integrations, conversions, and data loads Integrate ARCS with ERPs, financial systems, and external data sources Participate in end-to-end EPM implementations , with a focus on ARCS Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations and system performance Support solution architecture design within the EPM landscape Work closely with stakeholders in the healthcare industry , understanding business‑specific requirements Required Qualifications (Must Have) 6–8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Proven experience with Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Strong background in EPM integrations and technical development Experience with data conversion, data mapping, and data loading processes At least one end-to-end ARCS implementation Strong technical profile with hands‑on integration experience Advanced English proficiency (client‑facing role) Ability to work independently in a senior capacity Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience in the healthcare industry Exposure to EHR systems such as Epic Systems Experience with additional EPM modules such as: PCM (Profitability and Cost Management) Planning & Budgeting Previous experience as a Solution Architect or Manager Experience with integration tools (e.g., OIC, APIs, etc.) Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a highly technical, hands‑on professional with strong ARCS expertise and integration capabilities, who can quickly ramp up and deliver impact in a fast‑paced environment.
