Role Summary And Impact The Media Advertising Operations Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing paid media activation operations for a designated local unit. This position drives operational excellence, ensures the implementation of best practices, and fosters continuous team development across Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms. The Manager supervises daily team execution, guarantees KPI attainment, and standardises processes in close coordination with market agencies and planning teams. By providing essential technical and operational support to accounts managed from the US Hub, the role ensures consistent, high‑quality campaign delivery, resolves cross‑functional conflicts, and ultimately contributes to the achievement of key business objectives and overall client satisfaction. Skills And Experience Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital marketing landscape, preferably in implementation teams and/or managing teams. Technical Knowledge & Tools: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel; Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher); Strong knowledge of multiple Paid Media platforms (e.g., Meta, Pinterest, CM360, DV360, Reddit, Analytics, LinkedIn, TikTok, among others); Advanced understanding of Digital Marketing concepts (KPIs, DSPs, strategies, concept definition, planning). Key Competencies: Strong analytical and results‑oriented capabilities; Ability to solve basic mathematical problems; Direct, clear, and assertive communication skills.
