Innovate and position scalable models of justice system strengthening and survivor care that are replicable across regions and responsive to local contexts. Showcase impact and provide insight through data-driven storytelling, public representation, and collaboration with global teams to elevate IJM’s brand and influence. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to conceive and execute country strategies that align with global mission goals, drive systemic change, and deliver measurable impact. Proven skill in building trust‑based relationships with government, civil society, donors, and corporate partners to advocate for justice system transformation and resource mobilization. Expertise in crafting and managing complex programs that integrate justice system strengthening, survivor care, and community empowerment, with a focus on innovation and scalability. Strong knowledge of the Colombian justice system Demonstrated experience managing budgets of more than $1 million.
