TP is seeking a dedicated and experienced Workday Configuration Specialist – Recruitment & Onboarding and Core HCM . This role will be responsible for the implementation and configuration of Workday Recruitment and Onboarding / Core HCM solutions, reporting and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday configuration, leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project management. This position will be part of the Digital Employee Experience team and report to the Functional Product owner of Recruitment and Onboarding / Core HCM Modules. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Workday Recruitment and Onboarding / Core HCM modules to meet business requirements. Work directly with a diverse set of business users on documenting business and functional requirements and developing solutions within adaptive. In partnership with various leaders, coordinate implementation of integrations bringing data into WD from a variety of enterprise systems. Conduct testing and validation of build to ensure accuracy and functionality. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of configured solutions. Qualifications English B2 or higher. 2+ years of experience supporting Workday. Strong understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding / Core HCM modules. Experience gathering requirements from diverse users and developing high quality solutions to meet business needs. Knowledge of the Agile methodology and the Jira tool. Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities. Strong analytical mindset and the ability to think critically and act decisively in high-pressure situations. Experience with cross-functional team management and vendor partnerships.
