Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Google and its applications. Responsibility, well-organized, detail-oriented, and communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Gather information about the situations that arise in the application in the recruitment process. Organize the recruitment process of suitable candidates for the different positions. Receive documents from applicants. Oversee the process established by the candidates who meet the requirements of the vacancy. Maintain an updated database of candidates. Guarantee that all the candidates have complied with all the steps, tests, and technical requirements, and other aspects of the position. Coordinate with the psychologist the validation of psychological tests. Give feedback to unsuccessful candidates indicating their completion in the process. Other duties inherent to the position and those assigned by the direct leader or superior.
