This role is ideal for a strategic and creative professional who can plan and execute impactful campaigns, build compelling content, and position Atlas Bench as a reference partner in the Atlassian ecosystem. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align marketing with business goals and client needs.Key Responsibilities Own and execute the marketing strategy. Plan and execute campaigns promoting Atlassian products and Atlas Bench services across social media, webinars, email, and digital channels. Define messaging, target audiences, and objectives aligned with company goals. Track and analyze performance, continuously optimizing for better results.Create content that drives engagement. Develop and distribute high-quality materials including case studies, whitepapers, product guides, and thought leadership. Build a consistent brand voice across all channels that reflects Atlas Bench's expertise and positioning in the Atlassian ecosystem.Generate and nurture leads. Drive lead generation through digital marketing, events, and strategic networking. Develop nurture strategies that move prospects through the funnel and support the team in converting opportunities into long-term client relationships.Plan and execute events. Organize and manage webinars, conferences, and other events that showcase Atlas Bench's capabilities and Atlassian solutions. Coordinate logistics, speakers, and follow-up communications to maximize impact and reach.Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with the consulting and technical teams so marketing materials accurately reflect product capabilities and client outcomes. Provide input on go-to-market strategies and support the positioning of new service offerings.Train and enable through content. Create educational resources and enablement materials that improve client understanding of Atlassian products and best practices.
