Business Development Manager – Colombia and LATAM Drive promotion and sales of the Fintech as a Service platform to customers across America, including Gig Economy players, banks, neobanks, marketplaces, telcos, retailers, and other companies seeking to build Fintech solutions on our self‑service, API‑driven platform. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell the Fintech as a Service platform to a range of customers. Manage and run the entity in Colombia and LATAM, serving as liaison between local regulators and corporate functions. Conduct cold calling, presentations, negotiation, and deal closing. Generate leads and opportunities using an in‑depth understanding of Inswitch, the LATAM market, and regional trends. Work closely with management to define positioning, develop OKRs, and ensure quarterly goals are met. Lead client meetings, maintain strong customer relations, and represent the company at local and regional events. Ensure compliance with local regulations and new requirements. Travel as required. Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience in a similar B2B or fintech role. Strong background in the payment industry. B2B sales successful track record. Fintech enthusiast. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self‑motivated, autonomous, team player with impeccable reputation. Entrepreneurial, customer‑focused, and solution‑oriented. Strong commitment to serving high‑profile demanding customers. Ability to achieve revenue targets in a challenging environment. English and Spanish fluency. Onboarding & First Six Months Complete onboarding, gaining access to systems and becoming integrated into the Inswitch family. Meet with key managers and senior leaders to understand Inswitch’s functions, culture, and vision. First Month Meet with your manager to review the roadmap and ensure quarterly objectives are aligned. Understand team goals and participate in internal and external stakeholder calls. First Three Months Use your understanding of LATAM markets to generate leads and opportunities. Work with your manager to position Inswitch as a FinTech-as-a-Service reference locally. Develop quarterly OKRs. First Six Months Partner with your manager on key initiatives, attend events, identify new markets, pitch prospective customers, and lead client meetings while maintaining strong customer relations. First Year Close at least 10 contracts with mid‑to‑large‑sized companies. Reach an annual TPV (booked) of $50USmillion within 18 months, and position Inswitch as the reference provider in the market.
