At Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) , we’re looking for a Social Analyst to join our team and support the execution of digital campaigns across key platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads . This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in digital marketing, performance, and data , who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, global environment. Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads Track campaign performance and daily pacing , ensuring alignment with KPIs and budgets Assist in campaign optimizations to improve performance and efficiency Analyze campaign data and support the creation of performance reports Ensure accuracy and quality in campaign setup and delivery Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign success Stay up to date with platform updates and digital marketing trends 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or paid media roles Hands-on or academic exposure to Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Google Ads Basic understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.) English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven decision making Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proactive attitude and eagerness to grow Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Work with global clients and international teams Hands‑on experience with leading digital platforms Continuous learning and development opportunities A collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
