Responsibilities Design and develop high-frequency trading systems using C++ and performance-oriented programming techniques. Implement kernel bypass networking and hardware acceleration using FPGA to minimize communication latency. Optimize system performance through lock-free data structures and memory management strategies. Collaborate with quantitative researchers to translate complex trading algorithms into highly efficient code. Conduct deep-level system profiling and tuning to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks. Ensure the reliability and stability of trading infrastructure through rigorous testing and real-time monitoring. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on High-Frequency Trading (HFT) or low-latency systems. Advanced proficiency in C++ and deep understanding of low-level systems programming. Proven expertise in kernel bypass networking and nanosecond-level optimization. Strong knowledge of lock-free data structures and high-performance multi-threaded programming. Hands-on experience with FPGA integration or hardware-software co-design for trading systems.
